We had many visits from wildlife yesterday. Lots and lots of birds, a few lizards, one bird that ate a lizard, and a pod of dolpins. I didn't really believe the dolphins would come in to the intracoastal waters, but we've seen them twice now and it's been amazing! Yesterday one was right at our dock and jumped fully out of the water. It was sooooo cool!

Of course, we didn't manage to get the camera in time for that sighting, but here is our heron, who we've named Gregory Peck. He was eating the fruit that fell off a tree in our backyard, and we were a bit scared he was going to come right inside - he was pretty bold!

Check out our beautiful backyard view too!

Rob had to go yesterday to buy a new camera. Sigh. Why on EARTH would our stupid camera wait until we were on vacation to break? Oh well. It's just added considerably to the cost of the trip, but at least now we'll get some pictures of miss Evy on the beach. (The pics above were taken on Tanya and Jordan's camera). Will post some more as soon as we get them.
It's chillier here today - about 20 - but it's a nice break from the humidity we've been having. On the agenda for today? A trip to Target and mini golf! Yay!
