And she's only been 2 for 11 days, and already her favourite word is 'nope'. But I'd be crazy to say she's into the terrible two's. She sleeps between 12 and 13 hours a night, and has a 2 hour nap (or longer - yesterday was 3.5) each day. And, she's hilarious.
Ok, on the downside, she does sport a crazy ringlet baby-mullett, but that's more endearing than anything else.
So, once I have 2 gin & tonics to forget about the sleepless insanity of the first 8 months of living with miss E, I've gotta say, the past two years have been so happy, and so wonderful, and filled with joy in unexpected moments. (For example when little lady pees on the potty! Awesome!).
Watching her grow (moderately) and change and learn 27 new words a day has been magical. And speaking of growing and changing, here's the evolution of the little lady in context of the Redrox sign - adooooorable!

2 years + 9 days in 2010Yes, I know there isn't a lot of consistency in the wardrobe choices, but, somebody decided to be a free-peeing freerange baby at the cottage (you can't blame her with that heatwave). I'm now thinking ahead to when she's 17 and hating us for dragging her to the cottage to have her Redrox pic taken, har har har. Hopefully she's not still in her naked freerange stage then.
